DVA Annual Conference Friday 22nd February 2013

Dear All,

We are very pleased to invite you to our Annual conference which is taking place at the The Hatton on the 22nd February 2013.  The conference will focus on:

 Challenges of International Development: Role of International Aid Agencies in Supporting Diaspora Communities

Expected keynote speakers are:

DVA Learning Event on Effective Governance 16th December, 2011

 

Dear All,

On the 16th December 2011 we are running a Learning Event on Effective Governance. We all know that effective governance is key to the success of any voluntary organisation, but governance itself can be a minefield. This learning event is designed to provide participants with an overview of good practice in governance. By having strong effective governance within our organisations we place ourselves in a strong position to successfully bid for funds from donor organisations.
