Activities:

AWEF's empowerment process seeks to give African Women, Refugees and Asylum Seekers and their children the power of making decisions on their own, through having access to information and resources that will enhance them in making proper decisions, grant them options from which they can make choices for themselves and allowing them to have the abilities to exercise assertiveness within collective decision making processes.By  allowing them to make changes in their lives through positive thinking, along with providing the opportunities for  women to learn skills for improving themselves, AWEF also aims to change the perceptions of others through democratic means.
