Activities:

ACDF work with African communities, our partners and other stakeholders, to help build lasting and sustainable capacity for self-reliance, through the provision of skills, resources and opportunities for collaborative working, and facilitating the widest engagement by all stakeholders in the development of these communities.

It also advocates for policy development that is needs-driven and pro-poor, but also responsive to the principles of human rights and gender equality, enabling it to promote the rights of the poorest and most marginalised individuals, families and communities.
